And yes, mormonchiladas are imposters and should be dealt with using a blowtorch or a pellet gun. So I typed in green enchiladas with cilantro and found your blog. Woo-hoo! I am so excited to try these. I hate "mormonchiladas" and was cracking up laughing since I am a CA transplant to Utah and have had my fair share of these imposters! I LOVE Mexican food more than any other, and having lived in CA it was easy to come by. I will try these for sure and thanks for the humor! The Park Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14778855644353933190noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1651070958702944218.post-7663311255931881002011-04-13T16:30:58.619-07:002011-04-13T16:30:58.619-07:00I'm glad you liked them and have moved onto so...I'm glad you liked them and have moved onto something other than the mormonchiladas. :)Calliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14878935397480705200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1651070958702944218.post-45343866812791742592011-04-13T13:22:23.055-07:002011-04-13T13:22:23.055-07:00Okay - so yes, I must admit that my family LOVES t...Okay - so yes, I must admit that my family LOVES the "mormonchiladas" that you spoke of. In fact, it was on the menu last night! Well, yesterday when I read this post, I decided to make half/half. I must say that I now love BOTH. This one is savory and yummy... like Cafe Rio savory. We put some fresh made pico de gallo on top and it was wonderful! Thank you for posting :) :) :)Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00381462730203831759noreply@blogger.com
